In 2021, along with a design partner, I devised, funded and launched an independent whisky journal. The Angels’ Share explores the craft and culture of whisky. It unearths the passion and places of whisky making; celebrating the time, the care and – above all – the people involved.

I edit the journal and have written every feature in the five issues we have printed to date. I also sub everything on page, work with the repro house and printer, sell adverts, run the social media and website, arrange for the journal to be stocked in shops and distilleries, and even stuff the envelopes!
